Spray Tester - Model 6100C
A new designed Spray test with a chamber protecting the arcs.
The Spray Test Chamber works according to the IEC 60529 Fig.4 - standard for IP-classifications. The equipment sprays water on samples with water beams coming from nozzles mounted on oscillating half arcs (tubes). Only for arcs 200-400 mm radii.

Technical specifications
- For arcs: 200 mm radii and 400 mm radii
- The drive is electric with an electric cylinder moving angles ± 170 deg. (± 90 deg.) and ± 60 deg. Angles are selected with a two (three) position switch. Sensors on the cylinder indicate angles when the cylinder reverses
- Two stands hold the arcs in the position during oscillation. One stand is for the electrical drive of the cylinder and the other stand is used for holding the tube.
- Turn table is circular with a diameter of 500 mm. The rotation speed is 1 rotation/minute. The drive is a three phase motor with gears. Electrical supply to the motor is a converter with variable frequency. For test objects to max 30 Kg
- Specially designed nozzles allow the direction of the water beams to be adjusted. Nozzle channel has a diameter 0,4 mm
