Technical specifications

• PLC controls the pneumatic cylinder, displays the temperature and includes a counter
• Rated power under normal conditions is 230 VAC and 10 A. Other rated power needs special AC supply (not included)
• When the toaster cut off the current supply after end of the heating test, the Switching Tester will start up a new test
• The first period of test consist of 6 test cycles
• After the 6 test cycles the system will cut of the test so that the toaster is cooling down to room temperature and then the test continues automatically for a new period of 6 cycles
• The test is carried out 500 times (3 000 cycles)
