Torque Screw Drivers
6RTD, 12RTD, 26RTD and 50RTD

The Torque Screw Drivers are designed to test the screw bonds in electrical appliances as called out in IEC 60335, 60598, 60065 and other industry standards.

A specified maximum torque is applied on the screw bond to ensure that the bond will not be damaged under stress. The Torque Screw Driver is set to a definitive torque value. When the operator used the TSD, it reaches the set value. It cannot exceed this value because of a “snap over” mechanism.

The Torque Screw Drivers can be calibrated easily with a calibration screw at the top of the handle.

Many other torque drivers are available. Contact us for assistance to find the correct instrument for your application.
